Ellie is a lot more “girly” than I am. It may just be a phase, but I doubt it. She wants to be a cheerleader when she grows up, and she loves to dress up like a princess, complete with the tiara and wand. Her favorite color is pink. Like I said, very girly.
She does not get it from me, but I’m pretty sure she picks stuff up from my mom, the ballerina. My mom never actually got to be a ballerina, but she always wanted to be one when she grew up. Every pair of shoes she buys resemble ballerina slippers. She thought she was going to die when I asked for a pair of cowboy boots for my 10th birthday.

At age 5 I wanted to be a cheerleader for my elementary school when I grew up…so there is hope that Ellie can change.
