Tuesday, we went to a sporting goods store to pick up a swimsuit for Caleb. He had a swim meet Tuesday night, and he had to have a Speedo. I’m not saying we’re thrilled that he has to wear a Speedo for swim meets, but at least they come in a long shorts [...]

We just spent 3 or 4 days potty training, and we’re exhausted! Phillip and I did a “potty training boot camp” last week, and he really is using the potty pretty consistently now. He even made it to church yesterday in underwear, and he didn’t have an accident.

Phillip sat me down and very seriously said, “Mom, I have to tell you something.”
“Yes?” I answered.
“Today, I’m going to college.”
“Really?” I asked.
“Yes, and you’re going with me! And I’m going to drive.”
“That’s great!” I said.
